Gartner Report Highlights Telco Opportunities in CPaaS
Analysts urge providers to consider growth opportunity of communications platform as a service (CPaaS) in latest report.
On March 22, 2021, Gartner published their latest report on CPaaS.
As part of the report, analysts Daniel O’Connell, Megan Fernandez, and Lisa Unden-Farboud discussed the need for telcos to realize the monetary potential of CPaaS.
A summary of the report states:
“Telcos aren’t participating in CPaaS opportunities to their fullest potential, a market experiencing about 30% revenue CAGR with high growth ahead. Telco product leaders should invest in API tools to sell directly to enterprises and look to boost their financial margins in this high-growth market.”
